About Cobblestone

Cobblestone is a community of individually owned condos in NW Huntsville, located on 7 Pine Circle. Comprised of 26 buildings, a pool, individual parking and a fantastic location, Cobblestone is a premier establishment in Huntsville. All owners are members of the Cobblestone Condominium Association, Inc. The Association is governed by an elected Board of Directors. The Association was incorporated in 1986.

Our beautiful pool is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. A pool access unique to each condo is required for entrance.

Each owner has a locked, secure mailbox at the gazebo close to the entrance to 7 Pine Circle from Sparkman Drive. 

Since 2024, Cobblestone carries Google Fiber internet, available for subscription to each condo. WOW is also available for subscription. Neither internet nor cable is included in the ameneites from assessments. 

Amenities included with each owner's monthly dues are trash (13 dumpsteres for the 26 total buildings), common grounds maintenance and year-round lawn care, pest control, insurance for the buildings (not interior for each condo, only exterior insurance covering the shell of the building, including roof), pool, common area lighting and signage.
